Since the mid-nineties, Dave Sweeten has been a staple in the west coast underground scene and a major innovator of electronic dance music culture. With roots planted in Utah and a following to back him, Dave has become one of Salt Lake City's premiere DJs and producers. As a member of the nationwide Fader Freekz DJ crew, Dave has performed in cities, mountains, and deserts, throughout the western U.S. and has thrown down alongside some of the most prolific names in the industry.

In 2005, Dave attended The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ, where he studied audio engineering and production. Dave strives to assist in the growing world-wide phenomenon of taking DJing to the next level using performance hardware and software, midi controllers, drum machines, synthesizers, effects processors, multi-media sequencing, and everything else the future holds in store.

Dave currently resides in Southern California where he spends his time rockin the local underground scene, producing original music and perfecting his DJ, performance, and audio engineering skills. He also has digital releases on LA based label LeftHouse Recordings and devotes time assisting with the promotion and development of the national DreemWorld collective.

At the age of 29, Dave Sweeten aspires to reach new heights and travel to new places with music. With the talent, determination, and outgoing personality that he has, it is inevitable.
